Click And Collect

  1. Please let us know what you would like to order through out contact us page or email or our social media pages. email (information@babiseren.co.uk)
  2. Payment via Bank transfer or stripe invoice (stripe is our online bank payment gateway - please see our payment section for more details.

  3. Let us know when you have made payment we will confirm and inform you of available collection slots- that day or the next (unless otherwise instructed).

Please wait at the door for these collections your items will be placed directly outside the door for you to take.

Contact us by phone, email or Facebook to book an appointment or pop your head into store and request one.

Appointments can be for demonstrations, viewing items or clothing (we will ask what the appointment is for - so we can put adequate time for each booked appointment)

Appointment length
Previewing and Demonstrations - 90mins.
Ordering or Previewing - 30mins
(for those returning to store after demonstrations for purchase)
De
monstrations on 1 particular Brand with purchase -1 hour (usually)
Looking at clothing or goods - 30-45 mins usually


drop ins available around appointments but appointments take priority.
Appointments are available to book
Tuesdays to Friday 9-10/10.30
Tuesday to Thursday 4-5.30pm
Friday and Saturday we no longer do by Appointment only
(Demonstrations are available however but others will be in the shop with you, we do need to keep an "eye" on you so we know which pram/car seat needs to be disinfected- please don't feel offended.)
Sunday - appointment only
Appointments need to be pre-booked for out of hours if later hours are required (6-7pm) please contact us for an appointment on Wednesday/Thursdays (not always available - due to deliveries)

 

An appointment means we close the shop for you to browse ask questions and for demonstrations (we may have customers waiting at the door for small item pickup or payment plan payments, these will not interfere with social distancing and will be dealt with at our entrance way/door)
